AROMA & TOUCH
The Ware has introduced an aroma therapy program, where medical-grade diffusers disperse essential oils into the air. Research indicates decreased levels of stress, agitation and anxiety when using aroma therapy, as well as increased joy, peace and overall mood improvement. Touch therapy is also available. Staff members massage residents’ hands, providing comfort and companionship through touch.
Music & Memory
The Ware is proud to feature a certified Music and Memory Program. We seek to help our residents (who may have cognitive and physical challenges) to find renewed meaning and connection in their lives through the personalized gift of music.
