Rate Lock for Life: A lifetime rate lock is now available to residents who sign a lease on or before December 31, 2026, at Park Place Towers or The Continental. All floor plans are eligible, subject to availability. The rental rate stated in the qualifying lease will remain locked indefinitely, provided the lease remains unchanged. Any amendment or modification to the lease, including a change in apartment, floor plan, occupants, or lease term, will terminate the rate lock. Following termination of the rate lock, then-current rental rates will apply prospectively in accordance with the lease and applicable notice requirements. Additional fees and charges are excluded from this promotion.
