What is a Resident Technology Coordinator?

The Resident Technology Coordinators at Park Central are responsible for servicing cable, phone, and internet, connecting to these services, troubleshooting, and much more. Most technology services are offered at no additional charge and are just some of the many benefits of living at Park Central!

TV Service

A basic cable TV package is provided in each apartment at no additional cost. The Suddenlink channel lineup is provided in each Park Central building.

Phone Service

Local phone service and one hour of long distance is provided at no additional cost. Park Central phone systems assign a unique phone number to each unit. 

Email Account

Residents can request a email account at no additional cost. The email can be accessed by an internet browser from any device.

locket alarm

The Allstate Locket Alarm is a medical alert system provided at no cost for residents in select buildings. It is designed to send help fast in an emergency.

Electronic key fob

Two key fobs for apartment access are provided to residents upon move-in. A fee of $10 will be required for each additional fob or for replacing a lost fob.

Library Computers

Computers are available in The Clubhouse, The Harrington, Park Place Towers, and The Continental libraries. They can be used for work, leisure, email, and more.

Custom Wiring

Wiring for wired internet (ethernet), cable TV, and phone service allows various options for technology in the apartment. Custom wiring can be added to the apartment. 

Amazon Alexa

An Amazon Echo Dot can be added free of charge as long as it is returned upon move-out. It can be used via voice commands to ask for weather, news, music, and more.

Not all services are available at all buildings. Some services may be an additional fee.

Where Can a Guest Access a Computer with Internet?

Computers are available in the libraries of The Clubhouse, The Harrington, Park Place Towers, and The Continental. The computers can be used for work, leisure, social media, email, and more.

Can the Resident Technology Coordinator reset my passwords?

For security reasons, we do not assist with password resets for personal accounts, including banking, shopping, email, etc.
